2012 HEALTH SUMMIT was held on Saturday, September 8th at the Georgia World Congress Center.  The support of sponsors, providers and the community made it another tremendous success! 

CHAMPS provides a broad range of health information and screening services to adult men of the metro-Atlanta area.  Our initiative focuses on the importance of men addressing their health and becoming more educated about overall healthier lifestyles.

TARGET AUDIENCE

• Adult men, 21 years and older.  Event is open to ALL men regardless of race, origin or creed.

• Interpreters on site for Latino & Asian communities.

WHEN & WHERE

• Free Health screenings including: prostate and colon cancer, diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, dental,  HIV/AIDS, memory, podiatry and hearing

• Provide awareness on disease prevention, early detection and treatment of the top health concerns for men.
